LOVE@Care are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Children’s Services Team! You will work closely with the Service Managers in promoting a caring environment for service users through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, and social needs of the service users. You will supervise a team of Assistant Project Workers - managing the delivery of care and preparing detailed care plans and ensuring that they meet the individual needs of the service users.

You will lead by example - managing you own case load and staff. scheduling rotas, liaising with staff, social work, families and other third parties regarding the care we provide to each individual.

We are seeking a passionate ASN Coordinator to join our Childrens care team . One who will share our values and be dedicated to young people and their families. We want to expand our young peoples horizons, develop their interests and skills and increase their opportunities. Managing and overseeing various care plans, that training needs of staff are appropriate to meet the needs of young people. Working directly alongside children who have complex care needs and their staff. You will make shift observations and implement improvements for autistic young people. The ideal candidate will have a varied but strong experience with ASN and complex needs. They will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to lead and coordinate tasks effectively. More importantly , they will be passionate about improving the lives of young people.

ou will be working directly with the Head of Quality Care. You will scrutinise, monitor and ensure care quality standards are met. Audits, spot checks and managing your own workload. You will actively support and deliver best care standards and have knowledge of the SSSC and Care inspectorate standards. This will be a combined field and office based. You will report to the Quality Manager.
