With more than thirty years of experience across health, social care, housing, early years, addictions and recovery services, I have built a career focused on strategic leadership, service excellence and delivering meaningful outcomes for communities across Scotland.

I keep the world of Love moving seamlessly

A seasoned systems builder and a champion of operational excellence, I bring a strong belief in the power of process and efficiency to scale the world's most ambitious visions.

Over the past twenty years, I have held senior leadership and management roles across housing, homelessness, social work, children’s services and recovery services, leading large-scale commissioning, operational delivery and complex service development across Scotland. I am also passionate about mentoring and developing staff teams, creating positive, high-performing cultures that empower people to thrive.

In recognition of my contribution to the sector, I have received awards for Exceptional Care in the Community and a Senior Management award for Strategic Innovation. I have also undertaken professional media training in news, press and radio engagement and have presented at global conferences, representing organisations and sharing best practice internationally.

Alongside my operational leadership, I currently serve as a Non-Executive Director with the MAF a indirect lived experience and Lead Professional Panel Member with the Corra Foundation Funding Board in line with Scottish Government and a Member of the SCSC.
