As the Chief Financial Officer at Love@Care Ltd, I have been a key part of the organisation’s leadership team for the past five years. With a unique background that spans engineering, finance, systems development, and strategic operations, I bring a highly analytical yet practical approach to supporting our business growth and development.
I keep the financial foundations of Love moving seamlessly.
A dedicated strategist of data-driven value and robust financial framework, I combine commercial leadership with analytical precision to drive the fiscal efficiency necessary to fund and future-proof the world's most ambitious visions.
Originally qualifying in Computer Engineering before transitioning into finance and accountancy, I combine strong technical expertise with commercial and operational leadership. I am ACCA qualified and have had the privilege of working across a wide range of sectors—including social care, local authority services, travel, manufacturing, property, and professional services—which includes my previous roles within Aberdeen City Council.
Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for modernising systems, driving operational efficiency, and leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. At Love @ Care, I oversee our financial and strategic functions, working closely with the senior leadership team to foster sustainable growth, innovation, and robust long-term planning across the entire group.
