What you won’t learn from my bio
Outside of my professional life, I find balance and joy spending peaceful hours out in my garden, going on long walks with my dogs and cherishing quality family moments with my kids and grandchildren. These grounding personal passions continually inspire my caring approach, empathy and lifelong dedication to enhancing the lives of others across our comunities.

A dedicated compliance leader and champion of person-centred care, I bring a strong belief in quality governance and continuous improvement to ensure every service achieves its highest potential
having dedicated over four decades to the social care, I developed extensive hands-on expertise across diverse children's and adult services. Throughout my career, I focused on championing high standards, establishing robust quality frameworks and supporting dynamic care teams. My lasting passion remains driving positive outcomes, elevating regulatory standards and ensuring vulnerable individuals always receive compassionate, safe and truly exceptional person-centred support.
Over the past three and a half years at LOVE, I have served as Head of Quality & Compliance. My core strengths include driving continuous service improvement, supporting regulatory governance and embedding high standards of care across our organisation to safeguard the health, well-being and dignity of everyone we support.
