What you won’t learn from my bio
I began my career in mental health within acute admissions as a Nursing Assistant before progressing into the care industry as a Support Worker supporting elderly individuals. Through dedication and strong leadership skills, I quickly advanced through a range of senior positions including Senior Support Worker, Rota Coordinator, Assistant Manager, and ultimately Registered Manager for Adult Services.

A seasoned systems builder and a champion of operational excellence, I bring a strong belief in the power of process and efficiency to scale the world's most ambitious visions.
Following four successful years as a Registered Manager within Adult Services and Care at Home, I transitioned into Supported Living and Community Support Services, managing services for children, young people, and adults for a further nine years. During this time, I consistently achieved Grade 5 ratings across all services and successfully managed one of the organisation’s largest branches, delivering just under 6,000 hours of care across Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and Edinburgh.
In March 2025, I joined Love as Registered Manager for Children and Young People Services and was promoted to Area Manager in October 2025. I hold SVQ qualifications at Levels 2, 3, and 4. My key strengths include business development, operational leadership, and building strong professional relationships with external stakeholders and partner agencies.
