I began my career in community non-profit work and emergency services with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service before founding the socially conscious LOVE Group. Through passion, purpose, and entrepreneurial leadership, I bridged the gap between social care and education, creating impactful ventures that empower vulnerable individuals and deliver meaningful, positive change across society.
I drive the vision of Love forward.
A visionary entrepreneur and champion of human potential, I bring a strong belief in conscious leadership and innovation to scale the world's most ambitious, socially driven visions.
Following over a decade steering LOVE Group, I led our evolution across education, social care, corporate training, and modern technology. Throughout this transformative journey, I championed innovative business models that scale while serving others, establishing high-standard care environments and building resilient teams dedicated to delivering practical, compassionate outcomes for children, adults, and families throughout Scotland.
Today, I lead LOVE Group’s strategic growth into new frontiers, expanding into advanced manufacturing, AI technology, and conscious enterprise. My key strengths include executive business strategy, visionary leadership, project management, and building dynamic partnerships that combine social purpose with commercial success to raise human potential.
